Crispy Parmesan Cauliflower with Creamy Dip:

Ingredients
For the cauliflower:
1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
1 cup breadcrumbs (panko works best)
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
2 eggs
½ cup flour
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
2–3 tbsp olive oil
For the dipping sauce:
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
A squeeze of lemon juice

 

Instructions
Prepare the coating
In one bowl: flour + salt + pepper
In another: beaten eggs
In a third: breadcrumbs + parmesan + garlic powder + paprika
Coat the cauliflower
Dip each floret in flour → egg → breadcrumb mixture
Press well so it sticks nicely
Bake or fry
Bake (healthier):
Preheat oven to 200°C
Place on tray, drizzle with olive oil
Bake 20–25 minutes until golden and crispy
Or fry:
Deep fry in hot oil (180°C) for 3–4 minutes until crispy
Make the dip
Mix all sauce ingredients until smooth
Serve
Sprinkle with fresh parsley (optional)
Serve hot with the creamy dip

 

Tips
Add chili flakes for a spicy kick
Use an air fryer at 200°C for ~15 minutes for extra crispiness
Double-coat for an even crunchier texture
