Sizzling Garlic Butter Steak Nuggets with Velvety Parmesan Cream Drizzle

Ingredients:

🥩 Steak Bites

1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp paprika

🧄 Parmesan Cream Sauce

1 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste

🌿 Garnish

Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Add steak to the hot pan in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
Return steak bites to the pan and toss in garlic butter for 1–2 minutes. Remove and keep warm.
In another pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for the sauce.
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, whisking until smooth and thickened.
Season sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
Plate steak bites and drizzle generously with Parmesan cream sauce.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
