INGREDIENTS:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp instant yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup warm milk (or water)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
INSTRUCTION:
- Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a large bowl.
- Add olive oil and warm milk; knead until smooth and elastic.
- Let dough rise for 1 hour until doubled.
- Punch down and shape into a ring; place in a greased bundt pan.
- Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle sesame seeds.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
