Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuits, cut into quarters

1 cup Alfredo sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken and Alfredo sauce. Mix until the chicken is well coated.

Add the biscuit pieces and gently toss to combine.

Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish.

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.

Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.

Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving.
