Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread (sourdough or white works great)
  • 2–3 slices of cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or Swiss)

Instructions

  1. Butter the bread
    Spread butter on the outside of both bread slices.
  2. Build the sandwich
    • Place one slice butter-side down in a pan.
