Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1 tsp baking powder

In a blender, add the eggs, sugar, and oil.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add the cocoa powder and vanilla extract.
Blend again until combined.
Add the flour, salt, and baking powder.

Pour the batter into a greased or lined baking pan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180Β°C (350Β°F) for 20–25 minutes.
