DOES ANYONE HERE ACTUALLY WOULD EAT FRIED POTATOES AND ONIONS 😍😋Ingredients4 medium Yukon gold potatoes, thinly sliced1 large onion, thinly sliced3 tablespoons olive oil or butter2 cloves garlic, mincedSalt, to tasteBlack pepper, to taste1 teaspoon paprika (optional)1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)InstructionsWash and thinly slice the potatoes evenly for consistent cooking. Pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat.Add the sliced potatoes in a single layer and cook for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they begin to turn golden brown.Add the sliced onions and continue cooking, stirring gently, until the potatoes are crispy on the outside and tender inside, about 10–15 more minutes.Stir in the minced garlic during the last 2 minutes of cooking.Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika if using.Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
