Deviled Ham Salad – A Bold Twist on a Classic Favorite

Ingredients

4 cups diced ham (about 560 g)

½ cup mayonnaise (120 g)

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

2 tsp Dijon mustard

½ tsp apple cider vinegar

¼ tsp hot sauce (adjust to taste)

Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

Chop the Ham:

In a food processor, pulse the ham until finely chopped but not mushy.

Mix the Dressing:

 

 

In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, vinegar, and hot sauce until smooth.

Combine:

Add the chopped ham to the dressing and stir until well incorporated.

Season & Chill:

Taste and add salt and pepper as needed. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve — at least 30 minutes for best flavor.
