Olive Loaf Sandwich
Ingredients
2 slices sandwich bread
3–4 slices olive loaf
1 slice cheese (Swiss or cheddar)
Thinly sliced red onion
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp mustard
A few pickle or olive slices (optional)
Salt and black pepper
A pinch of chili flakes (optional)

Instructions
Spread mayonnaise on one slice of bread and mustard on the other.
Place the cheese slice on the bottom bread, then layer the olive loaf slices on top.
Add thin red onion slices and a few extra olives or pickles if desired.
Season lightly with salt, black pepper, and a pinch of chili flakes.
Close the sandwich and press gently.
Serve immediately.
